[Summer of Color... week three...]

Week three of the
was to use

purple + purple + yellow...

Now purple is far from a favorite color for me...
I so rarely use it...

in fact I even struggled to find purple
in my stash of art supplies...

but here she is...
we made it through :)

Nice to be pushed out of my comfort zone...

    Yes, I was pushed out of my comfort zone this week, too and I had trouble finding purple in my stash, too. (It seems like a common theme this week at SOC.) But it surely didn't show for you! Your work of art is absolutely gorgeous! I love the quote! HUGS to you!!!

    you definitely made it through with flying colors-she is beautiful!! I was the same as you hoping to find purple in my stash as it is not a go-to color for me either. SOC # 54

    I agreed with everything you said about not having much to complete this week's SOC entry. But for it not being a favorite, you did a really fantastic job. I love what you created and you can be proud of what you accomplished.

    well done with the colours :) seems to be a common problem with people that played along, one of the colours is not really there thin
